I've recently finished up this Valentine's Day "Red" free form knitted scarf just in time for February gift giving.

I enjoy designing these free form scarves because it gives me the opportunity to use up bits of yarn that are too small to create a whole scarf with.  Don't you just love the little tassels?

These original and beautiful hand crocheted scarflettes wrap around the neck and are an addition to my Scarflette Collection. The fabulous self striping,variegated yarn that I've used is very soft and works so wonderfully in these ruffled one of a kind scarf designs. The ruffled top part of these scarves can be worn up or it can be folded down on to the scarflette base. Photos can be enlarged by double click on them.

I recently saw the pattern for this scarf over on Raverly.com and thought "this is too cool...I can make this"!

It took a number of hours to crochet just the body of the scarf and then hand sewing on those 16 metal beads to the hand crocheted fringe attachments really added more time.  It was time well spent since the end result is so fabulous.

Here's a new design for my Lacy Scarf Collection.  A beautiful hand crocheted scarf that wraps around the neckline. This fabulous acrylic variegated yarn is so soft and works so wonderfully in this ruffled one of a kind scarf. There are tones of peach, caramel, chocolate brown, and lavender in this piece. This 65 inch long scarf contains a true kaleidoscope of  Harvest colors. The detachable rose pin measures 4 inches wide and can be positioned where ever you would like it on the scarf. There is a pearlized glass blush colored bead nestled in the rose to give it just that extra touch of charm.
