Hand Knitted Scarf in Freeform
I've been having fun doing some knitting here lately. Most of my scarf designs are crocheted but I dug out the knitting needles recently to work on some free form knitted scarves.
For this one of a kind design in shades of aqua blue I've used an assortment of yarn types to create the unique pattern changes in this whimsical scarf.
I've added some tassels to the end of this 72" long scarf for just that extra touch of whimsy. You'll find it in my store front here. These scarves are a great way to use up small bits of yarns that would otherwise just linger in a basket of leftovers.
Thanks for stopping by to take a look. Happy New Year!!

Crochet Flower Brooch
I've recently created a few soft and elegant Irish Rose brooches to add charm to your coat, jacket, scarf, or hat. I hand crocheted them using a beautiful acrylic roving yarn, added some jewel tone glass pearl beads to their center and hand sewed pins backs to the back of each flower. Their both about 3.75 inches in width and only $7 plus shipping in my Etsy.com store front.

Fiesta Wave Hand Crocheted Scarf
I recently saw the pattern for this scarf over on Raverly.com and thought "this is too cool...I can make this"!
It took a number of hours to crochet just the body of the scarf and then hand sewing on those 16 metal beads to the hand crocheted fringe attachments really added more time. It was time well spent since the end result is so fabulous.
This colorful scarf has the feel of cotton and is super soft. Wave after wave creates the one of a kind color pattern in this whimsical scarf design. Feel free to click on the photos to see close up details. You'll find this scarf for sale in my Etsy store front.

Birthday Present
I just finished up this beautiful scarf for a friend of mine who is celebrating a Birthday soon. It took far longer than I had thought to crochet it. I really love the colorway created with Red Heart Yarn's Unforgettable in Meadow. The pattern wasn't difficult but it was labor intensive with the fine Acrylic roving yarn that I used. Feel free to double click on the photo to enlarge it for a detail view.

For those of you who might like more neutral tones, I have designed this scarf in at least 5 Shades of Gray. This is a stunning multicolor hand crocheted piece of Fiber Art.

Crocheted Lacy Infinity Scarf
I've recently started creating a new collection for my crocheted scarves. I'm calling this lacy pattern of infinity scarves "Prudence". I'm using a a super soft variegated yarn in sumptuous color combinations. This roving yarn is dyed in a self striping pattern of colors. The scarf collage pictured above is a kaleidoscope of Fall colors of wine, olive, mustard, and rust.
The Fall jewels tones make for a very dramatic and beautiful scarf.
Perhaps, more subdued earth colors are to your liking. Here's another Prudence Lacy Infinity Scarf in cappuccino tones of brown, tan, and cream.

Parisian Rose Knitted Lariat Scarf
Parisian Rose Lariat Scarf Candy Pink
This is a whimsical fashion accessory that is hand knitted with soft acrylic yarns. I've designed it so that you can wrap it around your neckline several times as loosely or as close up to your neck as you would like. The rose flower was hand crocheted and it has a pin back on it so that you can adjust it to any position on the lariat scarf. You could, also, wear it separately on another piece of clothing. There are actually 3 pieces in this scarf...mix it up however it suits you.
A lot of love and detail has been put into this original fashion piece.
